Rod Hibbert

American garage rock guitarist, bassist and vocalist, from Quincy, Illinois. Active beginning early 1960s. Was a member of the Jaguars (as bassist), which was a group led by his guitar teacher, then formed the Satalites in fall 1963, which continued through 1968, when Hibbert was drafted, though the group would continue on with different members. Later also a member of Freddie Tieken And The Rockers. And in the 1970s, formed a country rock band. In 1975, Rod & The Satalites became Daddy Warbux. In 1997, reformed Rod & The Satalites with his brother Jeff. Known for writing the song "She Cares."
