Founded in 1984, The Norwegian Rhythm Kings (NRK) was a jazz super group from Norway. The band members were hand picked from some of Norway's finest traditional jazz bands such as Canal Street Jazzband (NO), Christiania Jazzband, Ytre Suløens Jass‐ensemble, Ophelia Ragtime Orchestra, Stokstad/Jensen Trad.
