Paul Constantine

Trumpet player and chef in Austin, Texas. Constantine moved to Austin with college roommate Dan Del Santo in the 1970s. He played trumpet with various bands, including Del Santo’s group Professors of Pleasure and the blues band Paul Ray & The Cobras. In the late 1980s, he changed careers and began working as a chef.
