Jens Ove Friis's discography with cataloged releases, editions, and credits
Danish record company executive. Worked as A&R manager for Danish Polygram Records A/S (2) from 1985 to 1993, and was the driving force behind the Jutland-based label Fanfare (2) 1987 to 1993. In 1993, he co-founded CMC Entertainment. In 1999 he founded the more rock oriented CMC sister label RecArt Music.
Jens Ove Friis left RecArt in 2012 (after it's parent company MBO Group was acquired by Universal Music in 2011). In 2013 he founded the independent label REO Records (3) (distributed by Universal). Following the release of the label's final album, The Joker's Hand (2021), Friis retired from the music business.
